PP PE Granulator

2025--08-09

The PP PE granulator melts and extrudes waste PP or PE plastic film chips to make plastic granules. It usually includes processes such as feeding, shredding and compacting, plasticization and degassing, melt filtration, and water - ring pelletizing. First, the plastic scraps are conveyed into the machine, then crushed and compacted, and then melted and plasticized by the extruder. After removing volatiles and filtering, they are finally cut into pellets.

-

The PP PE granulator is suitable for recycling various plastic waste materials, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE plastic films, agricultural films, printing films, packaging films, greenhouse films, etc. The recycled pellets can be used to manufacture various new plastic products, such as packaging materials, children's toys, pipes, etc.

Some PP PE granulators adopt a touch - screen + PLC combination, and the traction, extrusion, and pelletizing can be controlled by frequency conversion. The intelligent control system makes the speeds of the three match each other, realizing stable extrusion and uniform pelletizing. They are also equipped with a multi - stage temperature control system, which can monitor the temperature of each zone in real - time.

- Qiantong plastic granulators are of high - efficiency performance and excellent quality, and have been successfully exported to more than forty countries, including the Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, etc.
